On August 18, 2025, Tianjin Shuangjin Pump Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. officially launched the new generation of water heat pumps.  This product is specially optimized for water heating systems, featuring a rigid shaft structure and coaxial suction and discharge layout, which reduces energy consumption by 23% compared to traditional pumps.  Through the integrated air injector technology, the automatic self-priming function can be achieved, effectively solving the cavitation problem in the hydrothermal circulation.

"We have redefined the coupling method between the pump and the thermal system," the technical director pointed out. This product has passed the EU CE certification and the UL test in North America. The maximum heating capacity of a single device can reach 350kW. At present, we are cooperating with several new energy enterprises to carry out demonstration projects, and it is expected that the large-scale production of 2,000 sets will be completed within this year.

With the acceleration of the global carbon neutrality process, this technology is expected to create an annual carbon dioxide reduction benefit of 150,000 tons in the district heating sector.
