The SN series three-screw pumps adopt a patented design featuring active screw drive and driven screw hydraulic balance. During operation, a stable oil film isolation layer is formed to ensure zero wear on the screw surface. This technological breakthrough enables the pump body to maintain a long-term stable pressure output when transporting high-viscosity media such as heavy oil and asphalt, and its service life is more than three times longer than that of traditional pump types.
By optimizing the fit clearance between the screw and the bushing, we have reduced the contact stress at the critical state to 60% of the industry standard.
