The independent ring heating cavity is able to conduct full heating without causing deformation of relevant part. It is good for meeting the requirements of transmitting high temperature medium and special medium.
Material of the part being in contact with the medium and that of the heating casing can be different and this greatly reduces the cost of production.
Owing to the separate structure of the insert and pump casing, it is not required to move the pump out of the pipeline for repairing or replacing the insert, which makes maintenance and repair easy and at a low cost.
The cast insert can be made of various materials so as to meet the need of different medium.
The replaceable insert can also resist slight deformation due to factor of heating and compressed air.
Twin screw pump with external bearing: It includes packing seal, single mechanical seal, double mechanical seal and metal bellows mechanical seal, etc. The twin screw pump with internal bearing normally adopts single mechanical seal, for delivery lubrication medium.
The pump with external bearing may realize independent lubrication of its bearing and the timing gear. The pump with internal bearing may achieve lubrication of its bearing and the timing gear with pumping medium.
