With the support of the company’s leadership, the organization and guidance of the team leaders, as well as the cooperation of all departments and the joint efforts of all staff, the quality management team of our company strives for the award in the release of the quality management results of Tianjin Baili Machinery Equipment Group Co., LTD on May 24th, and has won the first prize for three consecutive years, and stands out among more than 700 teams in the city. On July 3rd, on behalf of Tianjin Baili Machinery Equipment Group Co., Ltd. to participate in 2019 Tianjin Excellent Quality Management Group Achievement Exchange meeting.

The exchange meeting was held by Tianjin Quality Association in the Tianjin CPPCC Club. Liang Su, former Vice mayor of Tianjin and president of the fifth Council of the Municipal Quality Association, Li Jing, chief drug inspector of the Municipal Market Supervision Committee, the Municipal Quality Association, the Municipal Industry and Information Technology Bureau, the Municipal Quality Association and other relevant departments attended the meeting. The 20 group activity representatives from the city’s electric power, transportation, national defense, prison, construction, oil, hospital, railway, tobacco and other industries participated in the meeting, and conducted on-site communication. At the meeting, each group fully demonstrated their achievements from the aspects of topic selection, cause analysis, countermeasures and implementation effect of measures through PPT presentation, and realized their shortcomings and areas needing improvement through objective comments from experts. Through the exchange and learning of the results, each group member had a deeper understanding of quality management. At the same time, I also seized this learning opportunity and absorbed valuable advice from experts for the next quality improvement activities.

At the end of the meeting, Shi Lei, deputy secretary-general of Tianjin Quality Association, made a summary of the meeting. He emphasized that the quality management group attending the meeting focused on the theme of “standard-leading, innovation promotion and value enhancement”, and carried out quality research and quality improvement activities by using the theories and methods of quality management group activities. It is also a mobilization meeting of “not forgetting the original intention, bearing in mind the mission” to further stimulate and mobilize the enthusiasm of the majority of cadres and staff to participate in group activities and make new contributions to the high-quality development of our city.
