Features
NHGH series of gear pump is mainly composed of gear, shaft, pump body, pump cover, bearing sleeve, shaft end seal (special requirements, can choose magnetic drive, zero leakage structure). The gear is made of double arc sine curve tooth shape. Compared with involute gear, the most prominent advantage of it is that there is no relative sliding of tooth profile during gear meshing, so the tooth surface has no wear, smooth operation, no trapped liquid phenomenon, low noise, long life and high efficiency. The pump gets rid of the shackles of the traditional design, making the gear pump in the design, production and use of progress in a new field.
The pump is provided with a safety valve as overload protection, the total return pressure of the safety valve is 1.5 times of the rated discharge pressure of the pump, and can also be adjusted in the allowable discharge pressure range according to the actual needs. But note that this safety valve can not be used as a long-term reducing valve work, when necessary, can be installed on the pipeline.
The pump shaft end seal is designed in two forms, one is mechanical seal, the other is packing seal, can be determined according to the specific use situation and user requirements. From the spindle extension end to the pump, for clockwise rotation.
Performance range
Medium: It is used for transport lubricate and fuel oil etc. viscosity range from 5~1000cSt.
Temperature: Working temperature should be lower than 60℃, Max. Temperature is 80℃.
Rated capacity: Capacity (m3/h) when outlet pressure is 1.6 MPa and viscosity is 25.8cSt. Maximum 20 m3/h.
Pressure: Maximum working pressure is 1.6 MPa at the continuous operation.
Rotational speed: The design speed of the pump is 1200r/min (60Hz) or 1000r/min (50Hz). The speed of 1800r/min (60Hz) or 1500r/min (50Hz) can also be chosen when safety valve infinite reflux pressure is not strictly limited.
Range of application
NHGH Serial Gear pump can be used as transmission and booster pump in oil transmission system.
In the fuel system can be used as transport, pressure, injection fuel transfer pump.
In the hydraulic transmission system can be used as a hydraulic pump to provide hydraulic power.
